This item is for use with the YoYoFactory Premium Collection series yo-yos that use hubstacks. In fact, it's for when you don't want to use those hubstacks, and remove them from the yo-yo. This lightens the center of the yo-yo, increasing spin power for a different feel. But this exposes the metal axle that juts out the sides, and that thing is tapered, which makes it dangerous! These nubs go over the ends of the axle, making your yo-yo look good, and play safely.
