Description
sOMEThING x Japan Technology - JetSet EG. W
A wider version of the JetSet EG.
Like the original JetSet, this model is born of a collaboration between sOMEThING and everyone's favorite specialty off string yo-yo maker, Japan Technology.
The "W" is for "WIDE," and true to form, the body has ballooned 4mm, leaving all the other specs intact. The impression is definitely similar to the OG model, but though the profile is the same, looking at the side face you can see the changes made to the weight distribution, in order to create a distinct playfeel.
Of course, the wider model makes it easier to get those string hits, giving you a wider margin of error quite literally. Somehow, they managed to voodoo some more power and stablity out of the JetSet EG without changing the size or weight. If you like playing wide, there's no doubt that this yo-yo will truly impress you. Highly recommended for new off string players as well as pros.
